Lately, Ery dok mengadu sakit sendi.. Since dia suka makan seafood yang x hingat punya kan haruslah kene.. We all suspect dia ader Gout.. Last year dia ader buat full body check up & paras asid urik dlm body agak tinggi. So, he need to be careful. He loike ikan bilis, tuna, Telur Masin, Sardin & seafood very much.. So this time kene kawal skit..
